Overview

Waterproof Foam Dressing is a highly absorbent, waterproof sterile non-adhesive foam dressing suitable for moderate to highly exudating wounds. Foam is bonded to a semi-permeable polyurethane outer film that allows the wound to breathe while maintaining an ideal moist wound environment. The outer layer also helps prevent bacterial contamination. Conforms easily to awkward-to-dress areas. The dressing does not have any adhesive layer, which makes it a good option for patients with sensitive or fragile skin.

Waterproof Foam Dressing is a comfortable and a flexible foam that can be cut to the shape of the wound and easily secured in place with a secondary dressing or bandage. Protects and cushions the wound.

Indications

A sterile primary dressing that may be used for persistent partial and full thickness wounds, ulcers and donor sites that have moderate to heavy exudate.
